If you choose to work with us, we will come for a site visit if required, measure and discuss your plans.
From here we can fine tune the estimate if needed, ensuring you're happy to sign-off before we start.
Pricing Notes
Estimates
For one-off projects, or facilitating a regular maintenance program at a property, a fixed price is generally agreed with a 15% contingency for variation.
Change of Scope
Any changes requested will incur additional costs.
Additional Costs
Travel or fuel charge is identified in estimates.
Captured in the Cost
Included in our pricing is 1x fadge bag of green waste for every 2 hours of labour.
(Additional bags are $13.00 + GST p/bag).
No Extra Charge for Pest Sprays or Fertilisers.
(Unless a large quantity or specific unique product is required - we will advise the cost in advance for your approval).
